Happy New Year!

Well another year has come to an end. (I guess the rumour is true-as you get older the years go by faster. With another year comes reflection and anticipation.

Kev and I have seen many changes in our lives over the past year. We adapted well to being married. Each of us has found our roles, and learned to give each other space (when needed). We have learned that happieness can truly be found just doing small things (like loading the dishwasher, or watching tv), as long as you are together.

We welcomed our beautiful baby girl on April 22, 2007. Chloe has been the biggest blessing in our lives. We say often "what was life like before Chloe?". Well, it is hard to remember. She is an incredible gift.

As 2008 begins our lives will once again change. I will be returning to work in a few days. This is bitter sweet for me. I love my job, but I will miss Chloe terribly. The first month of 2008 will be spent finding a balance between work and home.
