The Day
So I am back from the hospital. I know that some of you were waiting to here how I made out (Grandma Irene...). It was very busy there today so I waited at addmissions for 20 minutes- which made me 5 minutes late for my appointment. (and those who know me know that I hate being late for anything). Well it turned out that I had to wait another 20 minutes at Women's Health.
The nurse was very very nice... so hope that is a sign of all the nurses on that ward. Anyway it turned out they didn't give me a shot at all, I got an IV instead. I have never had an IV put in so it was an experience. The medicine was in the IV. But she was gental and it was not that bad. So that is now done took about 10 minutes to get the medicine all in.
I have to go back March 22nd to get more blood taken, to make sure that the medicine took. If I need more then it will be done shortly before my due date- if I have already delivered (hope not) I will be given another does after I deliver.
So that was it.

Glad it's over. Sounds like the staff is nice in Women's Health, you will get to know them better in 12 or 13 weeks.
Love Mom
Yes, even though I am later checking your posting, here I am to get the latest, and was surprised at the change of plans, glad all went well and that you found the nurses on that ward very nice.
Love ya Grandma
Single nurses? Just kidding! Glad everything went well. Mom has explained all that medicine blah blah blah stuff to me now so I am good to go. Too much "baby pregnancy lingo" to pick up.
