To the Doctor to the Doctor

Well, tomorrow I am off to see the doctor for my monthly check-up. I hope all is well.
My legs and ankles have been very swollen, so that is a bit of concern. Hope he can give me some ideas about what to do. My biggest fear is that he will tell me that I have to be off work, and I am not ready to be done work yet.
