Pre-Natal

Last night we had our first pre-natal class. There were about 8 other couples there (more then we expected). We both found it very interesting, and worthwhile. They talked all about what to expect when you go into labour, and how that will preceed. They also talked about the actual process of giving birth- which was a bit scary (funny how different it seems since we watched that video in high school- when you are actually going through it....) We again watched a child birth video. They also talked about different things you should bring to the hospital (which we found very helpful). So all in all a good informative night. Our next one is Wed. then again next Monday.
