30 Weeks

Well we are finally at 30 weeks. The homeward stretch, as some would call it, has finally come. The Baby is now 10 weeks from dilevery and 7 weeks from being considered full term. If you have been on the baby ticker you will see that the baby is now a bit over 3 lbs. It is hard to believe that in 10 weeks the baby will more then likely put on another 5 or so pounds. It seems like it won't have much room in my stomach soon. I feel very balloon like already. I can only imagine what the next 10 weeks will bring- the waddling is going to get worse!

Kevin and I bought our crib last weekend, so that was very exciting.

Here is a picture: (This is a picture off the internet)
We of course have not got around to putting it up- I think that is our Monday job (as we are both off). I will post a picuture once we have it up with the bedding in.

So the countdown is on- Here is what might be happening 10 weeks from today:
a) We will be still waiting (please no....)
b) I will be in labor
c) We will be in the hospital getting ready to take the baby home
d) Our baby will be home with us (and I wouldn't mind if it decided to make it's entrance sooner then my due date at all).

Please continue to pray for us as we look forward to the arrival.

Isn't that same crib (in the garage) the one that I broke when I was 2 and Beckie went rolling onto the floor?

The crib in the garage is in excellent shape - and is NOT a "death trap" as previously suggested by some. However, that is a beautiful crib you have and the baby will look wonderful in it. Love Mom
